树舌灵芝深层发酵培养基的优化研究
摘要:通过单因素试验,确定树舌灵芝的适宜氮源为豆饼粉,适宜碳源为米糠和蔗糖;在此基础上,以筛选的碳源、氮源和无机盐KH2PO4 和MgSO4·7H2O为考察因素,以总三萜产量为主要指标利用正交试验优化培养基配方比例,确定树舌灵芝液体发酵培养基最佳配方为:米糠4%、蔗糖1%、豆饼粉4%、KH2PO4 0.2%、MgSO4·7H2O 0.05%。

Optimization of the Submerged Fermentation Medium of Ganoderma applanatum
Abstract: In order to find the optimum culturing medium of Ganoderma applanatum, single factor test in culturing utensil was carried out. The result showed that rice bran and sucrose could be used as the mixed carbon sources, and soybean powder as the nitrogen sources. Then, in the orthogonal test, C-sources, N-sources and inorganic salts KH2PO4 and MgSO4·7H2O were considered as influencing factors, and the total triterpene content as the major performance indicators. The optimum medium components were as follows: rice bran 4%, sucrose 1%, soybean powder 4%, KH2PO4 0.2%, MgSO4·7H2O 0.05%.
